Distance Selling Contract

This Distance Selling Contract sets forth the sales and delivery conditions of the order placed by the Buyer (Customer) via the website with the Seller (Noviscon).

Subject of Contract and Delivery

The service subject to the contract is the delivery of engagement (followers, likes, etc.) to the social media account preferred by the Buyer. Once the payment is confirmed, the system queues the order and the automatic execution process begins.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with clause (ğ) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in "contracts regarding services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer." The Buyer accepts this condition in advance.
