Return Policy

Digital services purchased via Noviscon are excluded from the scope of return (within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502) since they are classified as single-use digital products delivered instantly by nature. However, the following conditions apply for user satisfaction:

Return and Compensation Conditions

1. If the purchased service cannot be started within 48 hours due to a technical malfunction caused by the system, the fee is refunded without any deduction or added to the user's account as a balance, depending on the user's request.

2. Once the order process begins and the delivery phase is reached, order cancellation or refund is not possible.

3. In packages with a drop guarantee/refill, missing amounts are replenished free of charge when a support request is created for drops occurring within the warranty period.
